Abstract

A trio of federal judges is scheduled to hear arguments on whether the courts should review the Defense Base Closure and Reallignment Commission's decision to close Loring Air Force Base by 1991. Loring's closure is expected to cost Aroostook County 4,600 military and civilian jobs.
