Abstract

Gritty McDuff's, Maine's original brew pub, is launching McDuff's Best Bitter, the pub's first product to be bottled and sold outside of its Old Port location. Co-owners Ed Stebbins and Richard Pfeffer currently produce 1,700 barrels of beer annually in the basement of the pub. D.L. Geary Brewing Co. will make and bottle the new brew because McDuff's has no bottling equipment. Details.
