Abstract

The Don Law Co. of Massachusetts has filed a concert production plan with the town of Scarborough under which the company will haul thousands of yards of fill and clear acres of brush to get the Scarborough Downs racetrack ready for a series of proposed concerts. The project will result in a concert venue capable of holding 35,000 people. The company has appled for a permit to hold two concerts after June 1. Details.
