Abstract

King H. Weinstein recently incorporated the Whitewater Development Corp. in Old Orchard Beach, and Biddeford lawyer David R. Ordway incorporated the Whitewater Investment Corp. to buy 56 acres in Old Orchard. The two men, both Democrats, are trying to capitalize on President Clinton's troubles with the now-infamous Whitewater Development Corp. of Arkansas.
