Abstract

The Department of Defense's plan for the proposed finance center at Loring Air Force Base in Limestone should be ready within six months, according to government officials. The center, which will not open for at least two years, is part of a consolidation of 300 existing centers nationwide. It is expected to employ some 750 workers.
