Abstract

William F. Schulz, executive director of Amnesty International USA, will be in Portland tonight to honor Jerry Genesio, founder of the Portland-based Veterans for Peace. Genesio, who helped set up a program to bring wounded Bosnian children to Maine for medical treatment, will receive a human rights award from the organization.
