Abstract

The state Attorney General's Office has agreed to drop manslaughter charges against April Pinkham, 23, of Hollis, provided she undergoes six months of counseling. Pinkham's infant daughter, Laureen Ray Pinkham, died March 26, 1993, of hyperthermia, or overheating, after being left unattended in an automobile.
