Abstract

A Cumberland County grand jury has indicted Frances Circero, 40, of Portland on charges of having supplied a group of teenagers with marijuana and alcohol. Circero, an elementary music teacher in Lewiston, also faces charges of having had sex with a 15-year-old boy in her Portland apartment last year.
