The Rev. Frank Toste, 69, yesterday presided over the Blue Knights annual motorcycle blessing in Ogunquit. The Blue Knights, a 7,600-member, international group founded in Brewer 20 years ago, is made up of law enforcement officers, and some 300 individuals participated in this year's blessing. Details.
