Abstract

Brief article reporting that the Public Interest Research Group has given U.S. represenative Thomas Andrews a perfect score on the group's survey of key congressional votes on major energy, environment, democracy and consumer issues. Andrews was one of 18 lawmakers in the nation to receive a 100 percent rating. Overall, Maine's delegation rated 77 percent, ranking it eighth nationally.
