Abstract

Brian Frank, who has organized a traditional Latin Mass that will be celebrated tomorrow at Lewiston's St. Patrick's Church, claims that conservative Catholics consider the pre-Vatican II service more meaningful and wish it could be celebrated more often, a possiblity now being considered by Bishop Joseph Gerry. Presently, a Latin Mass is held once a month at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Portland.
