Abstract

Shirley P. Grover, 46, superintendent of Scarborough schools for nine years, yesterday announced that she will retire from public education effective August 31. Grover will become co-administrator of the American School in Milan, Italy, which provides an American-based curriculum for preschool through high school age students, many of them the children of American diplomats and businessmen.
