Abstract

Editorial calling upon the Portland West Neighborhood Planning Council and the National Association of Colored People to patch up their differences and to start working together on behalf of those affected by racism and poverty. The two organizations have been at odds since a Portland West employee made racist remarks to one of the organization's tenants.
