Abstract

Maine Mental Health Commissioner Susan Davenport and Mickey Boutilier of Pineland Center's Consumer Advisory Board yesterday jointly announced a new consent decree governing services for around 1,100 past and present residents of Pineland Center. The negotiated decree replaces the original 1978 decree, and involves community-based services and covers areas like personal planning, crisis prevention and family services. Details.
