Abstract

The National Collegiate Athletic Association has named Neile Joler, a Fort Kent native and soccer and basketball star at St. Joseph's College in Windham, as Maine's Woman of the Year. Joler and 50 other recipients, one for each state plus the District of Columbia, will be honored at the NCAA Woman of the Year banquet November 14 in Washington, D.C. Details.
