Abstract

Peter L. Woodbury, 35, of Windham, the driver of the pickup truck involved in a fatal accident in Windham on Sunday, had a blood-alcohol level well in excess of the legal limit. Woodbury went through a stop sign on Nash Road and hit the passenger side of a car driven by Ursula Pacarella, 41, of Windham, killing her and sending her two children to Maine Medical Center with multiple injuries.
