The Haymarket People's Fund, based in Jamaica Plains, Mass., has awarded $7,000 to the Taxpayers for a Fair Budget Coalition and $3,000 to Homemakers Organized for More Employment. Both groups are fighting budget cuts proposed by Gov. John R. McKernan.
