Abstract

Brief article reporting that the Catholic Diocese has awarded Coleman P. Walsh of Portland a new Catholic Charities Maine service award named in honor of the late Auxiliary Bishop Amedee Proulx. Walsh was instrumental in establishing the St. Vincent de Paul Society Soup Kitchen in the 1970s.
