Abstract

Joe DeGeorge, owner of Portland Fruit and Nut Vending Co., and partners Russell Turner and Dave Roberts have proposed staging weekend festivals on the Maine State Pier throughout the summer. The festivals, recently endorsed by the city council's Public Safety Committee, would feature entertainment and food booths.
