Abstract

Nine representatives from four northeastern states and five Canadian provinces have formed "The New Frontier," an organization which will jointly promote the Northeast as a destination for cruise ships. The organization's members include Maine, Massachusetts, New York, Rhode Island, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Quebec.
