Abstract

The Scarborough Community Relations Team of New England has donated a set of five air bags worth about $3,500 to the Scarborough Fire/Rescue Department. The bags are actually a mat of rubber and steel wire which can be wedged under a vehicle, building or piece of machinery and inflated with compressed air to free a trapped victim.
