Abstract

David Rocheleau, 36, of Wells, pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter in the death of bicyclist Scott Hugo, 32, of Kennebunk, and is to be sentenced to seven years in prison and six years probation. Rocheleau also pleaded guilty to being a habitual offender, drunken driving and leaving the scene of an accident.
