Abstract

The Colby College Judicial Board says Colby student Paul Froio should be cleared of sexual assault charges brought by an unidentified Tufts University student who says she performed oral sex on him thinking he was another man. The recommendation must still be reviewed by Dean of Students Janice Seitzinger, who can concur or ask for modifications in the ruling.
