Pratt & Whitney plans to cancel pay raises, reduce overtime and modify work rules at the company's North Berwick plant as part of a cost-cutting plan. Workers recently received news that the North Berwick plant was not slated for closure as part of a large downsizing by the Connecticut-based company.
