Abstract

A study by Wright-Pierce Engineers of Topsham says that a proposed $4 million project to clean up Goosefare Brook in Old Orchard Beach may not improve oxygen levels in the brook. The state Department of Environmental Protection has ordered Old Orchard to clean up the brook. Details.
