Abstract

The Sunset Park Community Club, an organization of homeowners in South Portland's Sunset Park neighborhood, has proposed turning over the Sunset Park recreation area to the city. The 7-acre parcel off New York Avenue consists of two baseball diamonds and a community hall, and its acquisition by the city will be considered at Monday's City Council meeting. Details.
