Abstract

The University of Southern Maine's new Portland campus library is expected to open September 1, and 18 students are helping to move the contents of the old library between now and opening day. An estimated 200,000 books, 750,000 pieces of microfilm and numerous periodicals will have to be moved into the new quarters.
