Abstract

Thomas Tiberii, owner of Moose Alley Saloon in Portland's Old Port, will be charged with two violations of the city's obscenity ordinance for allowing women to dance nude and perform explicit simulations of sexual acts. Undercover officers who visited the establishment on August 11 witnessed the violations. Details.
