Abstract

Clearly Canadian Beverage Corp. and Poland Spring Corp. have agreed in U.S. District Court to dismiss a yearlong legal battle over a beverage. Clearly Canadian had claimed that Poland Spring was marketing a drink that was remarkably similar to one of its own. Details of the agreement were not released.
