Abstract

Vincent L. McKusick, retired chief justice of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court, and twin brother Victor A. McKusick, a professor of genetics at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, both age 72, have been named as recipients of the inaugural Maine Prize. The prize is awarded by the trustees of the University of Maine System to Mainers who have made nationally recognized contributions to the quality of life. Details.
