The Elizabeth B. Noyce Trust of Medomak has contributed another $60,000 to the organizers of the referendum drive to impose term-limits on Maine legislators and other top state officials. The group's total receipts for 1992 and 1993 are $355,000, of which Mrs. Noyce has contributed $330,000. Details.
