Abstract

The U.S. Post Office last weekend issued a new Youth Classic series of stamps which included one honoring Kate Douglas Wiggin of Hollis, the creator of "Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm" and founder of the Salmon Falls Library. Hundreds of people packed the library on Saturday to purchase the stamps on the 90th anniversary of the publishing of "Rebecca."
