Article about Peter Hamilton, 42, a mental patient who set fire to his new pickup truck outside Jackson Brook Institute in September 1991 to force a hospital to provide him with treatment. He is now part of a class-action lawsuit seeking to force the state to provide community care for the mentally disabled.
