Abstract

Yarmouth residents living near the pier that serves the ferry that runs to Cumberland's Chebeague Island are concerned about the volume of traffic and passengers passing through their neighborhood, so Cumberland has proposed a $1.5 million project to build two parking lots and a new pier on land owned by Central Maine Power Co. on Cousins Island.
