Abstract

The Maine Supreme Judicial Court denied Central Maine Power Co.'s appeal of a $1 million judgment stemming from a 1986 Saco construction site accident that killed one worker and injured two others. Jonathan Pierce was electrocuted in the accident when the boom of a crane struck a high-voltage line.
