Abstract

The 13,000-square-foot Community Resource Center, scheduled to open this summer at the corner of Preble and Portland streets, will house the Preble Street Resource Center, a trio of soup kitchens and a medical clinic funded by Mercy Hospital. Additional funding is coming from the city of Portland, the federal government and miscellaneous donations.
