Abstract

While the Maine House last week defeated a bill that would have imposed term limits on legislative leaders, there is still a chance the House will agree with the Senate and limit leaders' terms. An initiated petition calling for limits on all legislators is scheduled to go to voters in a referendum this fall. Details.
