Abstract

The Public Utilities Commission (PUC) issued a ruling Wednesday that would lower the rates that Central Maine Power Co. charges cable operators for using its utility poles from the current $11.20 to $10.10. The ruling comes after a May PUC proposal which would have allowed a rate increase to $12.53.
