Abstract

The Maine State Police have decided to take over the investigation into the drowning death of Jeffrey Fortier, 21, because of unanswered questions surrounding the case. Fortier, the son of state representative Marge Kilkenny, was last seen alive at a Phippsburg party on April 23.
