Abstract

The U.S. General Services Administration last week signed a 10-year lease with HEGA Realty Trust, owner of the J. B. Brown Memorial Block on Congress Street. The U.S. Bankruptcy Court and other federal offices will occupy about one-third of the 75,000 square-foot building, bringing some 83 federal employees into the area. Details.
