Abstract

An article discussing the plan for 17,000 acres of forest, lakes and mountains in Attean Township near Jackman which Lowell & Co. will present to the Land Use Regulation Commission this week. The plan, which balances economic gain, is the vision of James Lowell, who, five years ago, assembled a group of investors and bought the land.
