Abstract
A consortium which already plans to run a natural gas pipeline from Quebec to Maine has announced plans to continue the line southward to Massachusetts. The 240-mile Portland Natural Gas Transmission System would run 240 miles from Jay, Vt., to Westbrook and then south to Haverhill, Mass.
