Abstract

Reginald "Reggie" Philbrick, 23, of Lincoln disappeared June 10 and has not been heard from since. His mother, who lost another child in an automobile, accident fears the worst. She is critical of the Lincoln police, who, she contends, haven't done enough to find her son.
