Abstract

Brief article reporting that Rainwater Aquaculture Products Inc. of Newcastle has become the biggest tilapia dealer in the United States, selling 286,000 pounds of the farm-raised whitefish last month alone. Tilapia sales in the U.S. are expected to reach 20 million pounds this year, up from 2 million pounds in 1990.
