Abstract

Maine Employers' Mutual Insurance Co., the state's new, non-profit workers' compensation insurer, has named former Travelers Insurance Companies executive John T. Leonard to be president and chief executive officer. The policyholder-owned company was created as part of last October's overhaul of the state workers' comp system.
