The U.S. District Court in San Antonio has granted a motion by Idexx Laboratories of Westbrook to block sales of a rival product by Synbiotics Corp. of San Diego. Idexx and patent-holder the University of California joined last May in a patent infringement suit against Synbiotics. Details.
