The death of 11-year-old Jennifer Noreen Smith of Monticello, whose body was discovered Thursday, has been attributed to strangulation by ligature. Her father, Matthew Wilson, 33, is being held at the Aroostook County Jail in Houlton on a charge of murder. Details.
