Abstract

A murder-suicide this weekend at a Washburn Avenue apartment involved two University of Southern Maine students from India and China. Police in Richmond, Va., on Sunday notified Portland police that a male from India was on his way to Portland after writing a suicide note. It was later discovered that he shot himself after killing his Chinese girlfriend at her Portland apartment. Details.
