Abstract

Brief article reporting that Martha Marie Burke, 50, of Portland, has been charged with manslaughter in the August traffic death of 15-year-old Elizabeth A. Condon of Yarmouth. Burke was allegedly drunk when she struck Condon, who was walking in the breakdown lane of Route 1 when the accident occurred.
