Abstract

Article about the attempts of Yarmouth officials to determine what effect the revaluation of Central Maine Power Company's Counsins Island plant will have on the town and school budgets. Officials fear that the revaluation could raise residential property taxes by 30 percent, even if both town and school budgets are not increased.
